This article at A List Apart is quite a good case study of content strategy in action. Caroline Roberts won an Emmy for her work on the “Live From Space site”, which was support website for an eponymous National Geographic Channel show. The piece was so good that her boss described it as “automagical”, but it was anything but automatic or magical!
